Balinee Milk Producer Organization marked its 7th Foundation Day on 24th January 2025, celebrating seven years of excellence in the dairy industry in Bundelkhand. The evening was filled with a sense of pride and gratitude as the organization reflected on its growth and impact with the support and guidance of NRLM, Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission and NDS.

On January 13th 2025, Balinee Milk Producer Organization hosted a transformative “Team Building & Leadership Program” in Jhansi, designed to enhance collaboration, communication and leadership skills among its employees.
The program kicked off with a warm welcome from the HR, who emphasized the importance of teamwork and leadership in achieving organizational success. The day was filled with engaging activities, insightful discussions and impactful takeaways that encouraged our team to think on shared goals.
We are very pleased to share that MoU signed by CE, BALINEE MILK PRODUCER COMPANY LTD & Zonal Manager, Indian Bank in presence of CJM Indian bank in Jhansi, December 20, 2024 with the vision of Govt of Uttar Pradesh of social and economic empowerment of Women Dairy farmers associated with BALINEE in all 7 districts of Bundelkhand of Uttar Pradesh.

Balinee Milk Producer Company has organized several calf shows in operational villages is a proactive way for Balinee to promote awareness about artificial insemination (AI) in cattle breeding. We organize the calf shows in our operation villages to showcase newly born female calf, emphasizing those born through artificial insemination and encourage our farmer members through gifts and prizes. The motive of calf show is to encourage its member to go for artificial insemination to their animal for better genetics and long run benefits from their herd.
